What's included?

Our Tiny Homes sleep 2 with a queen bed. We provide bedding linen, towels, cold fridge, hot shower, toilet, fan, stove, BBQ, fire pit, cutlery, plates, outdoor seating, books, games & basic provisions (soap, shampoo, conditioner, drinkable water, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, matches and oil).

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately not. We have an agreement with our landowners, and we do not allow pets to stay at our tiny houses due to the abundant local wildlife around the area.

Can I bring my kids?

Our houses are built quite small by nature and cater to couples and unfortunately, they are not suitable to host more than 2 guests.

Can I start a fire?

Yes, you can! Subject to restrictions & only in the fire pits provided at each site. It is your responsibility to be aware of any fire bans (we recommend you check out Country Fire Authority before you go) and always remember put the fire out with water once you're done.

Is there WIFI/ Phone reception?

We are off grid, so no WIFI- Imagine the disconnect! We do however have reception at all our locations.

Can I have an early check in/ late check out?

Sorry, unfortunately not! Check in is 3pm onwards and check out is anytime before 11am. We usually have back to back bookings - so we need to make sure we allow enough time for our housekeepers to get in and out to make your stay as sparkling clean as possible.

What is the cooking situation like?

All our tiny houses are stocked with most utensil you'll need to cook up a feast. You will find a 2-burner gas stove, mini-fridge, knives, wooden spoon, can opener, cutlery, plates/bowls, saucepans, oil, salt and pepper.

Can I drive up to the Tiny house?

For our Mornington, Kyneton and Heathcote locations designated parking areas are set up within a maximum 60 metre walk from the Tiny Houses.

For our Healesville location, in dry weather you can drive up the driveway to the house on the hill, if it is wet - just be careful the driveway gets slippery! PLEASE KEEP ON THE ROCKS and do not drive off the road.

You’re welcome to park at the bottom, A wheelbarrow for your bags, torch and umbrella are provided. Think of it as the beginning of your adventure!

Note: PLEASE park in designated parking areas. We don’t prepare vehicle access past the designated parking areas. You’re strongly advised not to attempt it, we cannot accept any responsibility if this is attempted as it may result in your car being bogged and/or damaged
